James is absolutely amazing! He is very responsive in a time where people often don't call back in a timely manner or at all. James arrived exactly when he said he would and was so polite and professional. He talked my husband and I through the whole process making sure we were comfortable with all decisions being made at all times. When finished James left the space where he was working in just the way he found it. We were so happy with James and his work that we recommended him to everyone we know. Thank you James for your incredible work and keeping our family warm. We are incredibly happy with our new heating system!!!!

My heat stopped working on a cold day. At first, I called someone else to come to look at it. Well, they came, spent an hour on the furnace just to tell me they would need another hour (or more) to "maybe" identify the problem all at $175 per hour! I paid the first $175 and decided to look for an alternative. James was recommend to me by a friend. James not only showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got me going within a couple of days!! All while calming me down (it is winter!) and finding a temporary solution until the part arrived. Great service, communication and results!! Highly recommended!!
